There is a fully equipped kitchen with all crockery, cookware, utelsils, full sized fridge, oven and microwave.
The lounge room has a balcony with city views and Darling Harbour glimpse from some apartments.
All apartments are Non-Smoking although Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
There is a strict "NO PARTY POLICY" and visitors are not allowed in rooms.
