Extra guest charge (adult or child) $15 per guest, per nt. This rate does not include daily cleaning servicing of Cottage, additional charges apply to requested cleaning services.

Avoca Cottage

Avoca Cottage is just 1 house away from the Motel. Check In/Out at Charles Rasp Motel.This rate is for 4 guests. 2 rooms have Queen beds with 3rd room 2 x Single beds. Max. occupancy is 6 people. Extra guest charge (adult or child) $15 per guest, per nt. This rate does not include daily cleaning servicing of Cottage, additional charges apply to requested cleaning services.

Budget Deal

This rate is for 1 guest, room has 1 Double bed (disable facilities featuring in one of these rooms) Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Additional $15.00 for second guest which includes a Continental Breakfast. One room allocated to the Budget Deal has disabled facilities

Charles Rasp Motor Inn

Located on motel grounds.Rate up to 4 people.Queen bed in fisrt room, 2 Sgle beds in 2nd room and 1 sgle in sleepout. Max. Occupancy is 5 people. Extra guest, adult or child charge at $15.00 per person per night. This rate does not include daily cleaning service, additional charges apply to requested cleaning service of Cottage.

Spacious 4* Family room. Rate for up to 4 guests. Queen and dbl pull out Sofa Bed in 1st room & 2 sgle beds in 2nd room.Extra guests charge (adult or child) $15 per person, per night.

Executive Room

This rate applies to 2 people. 1 Queen & 1 Single bed with a Double pull out sofa bed available. Max. occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults & 3 children (using Sofa bed). Extra guest charge $15.00 (adult or child) per person, per night. Bath N/A in all rooms.

Executive Spa Suite
