My Place Colonial Accommodation is a SELF CATERING establishment. It consists of 8 self-contained units varying in size. 3 Studio which are suitable for 2 adults, 2 one bedroom units, which can sleep up to 4 adults. 3 two bedroom which can sleep up to 6 adults. They all have full kitchen facilities, ensuites, all linen provided including towels. TV/DVD in units. There is a well equipped laundry on site and BBQ facilities. On site parking - adjacent to units.
Cots and high chairs are available - free of charge.
We have a 3.5 star rating.

Attractions

There are many attractions to visit in Albany. It is the oldest European settlement in Western Australia dating back to 1826 and has many historical buildings.
Albany has a stunning coastline and views from mountain tops. It has many beaches for swimming, fishing. There are harbour and river cruises, whale watching from Jun-Oct and wildflowers from Aug-Nov.
Bush walks are very popular and there is easy access from here to Mount Clarence and the famous Bibbulmun Track.
There is plenty entertainment also as the town has numerous first class restaurants, cafes and bars.

Rooms

1 bedroom apartment

One Bedroom Unit Our one bedroom units will sleep up to 4 guests. They all have a queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Two of the units also have an extra single bed. Each one bedroom unit has its own bathroom facilities and gas heating. All kitchens are fully equipped with a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. There is a TV and DVD player in all units and linen and towels are supplied. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay.

Harbour View Apartment

Unit four is a modern, spacious unit that has town and harbour views. It is on the second floor and has an internal stair case. (18 steps) The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cook top and oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle. The main bedroom has a semi ensuite and contains a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area and in the down stairs entry to accommodate additional guests. All linen and towels are provided and the unit has gas heating. A TV and, VCR and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay.

Studio Unit

Studio Unit Our quaint, affordable, studio units are perfect for the single traveller or couple. The studio units have a queen size bed and all linen and towels are provided. Each studio unit has its own ensuite and underfloor vented gas heating. The fully self contained kitchens have a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay. A TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment

Two bedroom units

Two Bedroom Unit Relax and spend time with friends and family in our country style, two bedroom units. Each unit has a queen size bed in one bedroom and twin share facilities in the second bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge area provides additional bedding if required. All linen and towels are provided. Each two bedroom unit has its own bathroom facilities and gas heating. The fully self contained kitchens have a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and large refrigerator. A TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.
