Additional Terms and Conditions

50% Deposit required to secure booking. Bookings made directly to Holly Gate House and subsequently cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date will have the deposit refunded less $40.00 administration fee. Forfeiture of deposit for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. If bookings are made through a booking service, the deposit is non refundable. If a payment is made by credit card then the guest must show the card on arrival to confirm payment, and that any accidental overpayments can only be refunded on the original credit card used, after the guest has stayed.
