Riverview B&B is a tastefully restored historic house situated in the historic village of Franklin (just 35km South West of Hobart) on the peaceful Huon Estuary. Franklin is ideally located as a base for exploring the many 'must see' attractions of the spectacular Huon Trail. We have comfortable Queen and Twin Rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a guest lounge (with log fire) and guest dining room.

From Riverview B&B take an easy stroll to local shops, eateries, art and craft displays and the famous Franklin Wooden Boatbuilding Centre. For the more energetic, a walk up the hill roads behind Franklin will give you an eagle's eye view of the whole beautiful valley and surrounding mountains.

Generous breakfast using local juices, fruits and yogurts, as well as several types of cereals and breads. Cooked breakfast is available for a small extra charge.

Queen Ensuite - Green Room

Green room comfortable,restful room with original 1890 fireplace. room has electric blanket, heater and TV. Full bathroom with bath ,and separate toilet.

Queen Ensuite-pink room

Large , Airy twin loft bedroom on first floor with a view of Huon River . Two single beds, room for a third , all with electric blankets. The room has a heater , TV , DVD available , port and Chocolates , fridge in the room , tea and coffee facilities in the lobby , Private bathroom adjacent to the room.
