Windmills Break is a new FIVE STAR luxury boutique hotel located in the Margaret River Region of Western Australia.

The hotel is an exquisite example of luxury Margaret River Accommodation and is perfect for a holiday, romantic escape, corporate function, wedding or for just enjoying a break in the South West.

Each room has luxury furnishings throughout including king size beds, large lcd televisions, free access to an extensive DVD collection and private courtyards.

The licensed bar is open every day with several large dining areas.

All guests are provided with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS using either Hotel laptops or your own.

In the winter, have a cosy breakfast or dinner by the lounge fire or by the windows overlooking the garden.

The boutique hotel first opened in November 2007 after a complete refurbishment (the Hotel's five star rating is accredited by AAA Tourism Australia).

A gourmet breakfast is served every day and included in your tariff. A Bar Menu is also available every day in the afternoon and evenings. Room Service is available 7 days a week.

The Hotel has stunning gardens, a gazebo over the large jarrah deck, a large bbq area, a private massage centre, gymnasium, tennis court, walking track and much more.

Helicopter transfers are available direct from Perth to Windmills Break (landing on the Hotel Tennis Court. Helicopter sightseeing tours are also available direct from Windmills.

Executive Spa Room

EXECUTIVE SPA ROOMS are luxurious hotel rooms with private courtyards and garden. These rooms include all amenities you might expect from a luxury room. The rooms are beautifully appointed, have very private courtyards overlooking the gardens, with private entrance, king size beds, very large double spa baths, separate showers, fully air conditioned, fully equipped mini bars, foxtel, large LCD Televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and double sliding doors to the garden area. Premier Spa Suite

PREMIER SPA SUITES are luxurious very large rooms with private courtyards and garden. The suites are located about fifty metres from the main hotel building and are quite secluded. The rooms are well equipped and include two large LCD televisions, two DVD/CD players, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, air-conditioning and some of our finest furnishings. These Suites are are ideal for honeymoons or other very special occasions and have a large bedroom with separate lounge, enormous bathroom, separate shower, huge double spa overlooking a private garden and king size bed.
