Additional Terms and Conditions

Each guest will need to provide the same Credit Card used to pay for the room to the Hotel on arrival for pre-authorisation. Opening and closing hours are as follows: 7am to 11pm. If arriving later than 11pm, please phone Reception on 02 4928 8000 and let the Team know. Your credit card will be Pre Authorised prior to your After Hours arrival for one nights acommodation. Our cancellation policy is 48 Hours Notice required. Thank you.
