Rooms

GuestHouse Budget Rooms

Each of the three Budget rooms is basic but comfortable with all main facilities including ensuite, TV, fridge, internet access, etc. Room 14 is on the ground floor and has a double bed while rooms 21 and 22 are upstairs - the former having a double bed and the latter a Queen bed.

GuestHouse Double Room 16

Spacious ground floor room with lounge area featuring a divan, table and chairs, TV cabinet with fridge. A sparkling white ensuite adds a touch of "today" to the graceful charm of one of our older rooms.

GuestHouse Double Room 18

This older style room is on the ground floor and features a separate lounge area with a couch, table and chairs and a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. A door off the lounge area provides access to a balcony with outdoor furniture.This is comfortable accommodation with room to move.

GuestHouse Double Room 19

Situated on the ground floor this light and airy older stye room featues a dressing table, TV cabinet with fridge and a spacious ensuite. Being next door to the stunning Guest Lounge and having access to a balcony with outdoor furniture provides the occupant of this room with lots of choices.

GuestHouse Double Room 23

This spacious upstairs room features a beautiful polished timber floor and ceiling, dressing table, two cain armchairs, authentic corner wardrobes and a TV cabinet with a fridge. Decorated in white and blue the room has two large windows facing the balcony which looks over the front road to the Rip View Lookout. Access to the balcony is via the reader's alcove nextdoor. White robes are provided for use when crossing the narrow hallway to the private bathroom.

GuestHouse Family Room

This family suite is on the ground floor and offers TV in each room, a comfy two-seater couch in the second room with a fridge and a table and chairs in the main room.

Lady Bollinger Room

The most popular room in the guesthouse, the upstairs "Lady Bollinger" oozes atmosphere featuring polished timber floor and ceiling, antique rosewood furniture, a comfy two-seater couch, fridge, two windows over the balcony and a third framing a view of the famous Point Lonsdale Lighthouse. Access to the balcony is via the adjacent reader's alcove.

Motel Double Rooms

Resembling ships' cabins the rooms are timber-panelled, finished in a modern decor and feature sparkling white ensuites. Each room has a table & chairs, fridge and balcony. Rooms 1, 2 & 3 are on the ground floor facing the rear courtyard / BBQ area while Room 12 is upstairs and overlooks the same area.

Motel Family Rooms

Family suites comprise two rooms separated by a walk-through ensuite. Timber panelling gives the rooms the feel of a ship's cabin. Each room in the suite has a TV and balcony access while the main room also has a fridge. Suites 4, 5 & 6 are on the ground floor and face the back yard (pool / tennis court). Suites 8, 9 & 10 are upstairs with the same aspect while suite 11 is upstairs overlooking the rear courtyard / BBQ area.

Motel Lighthouse Room

Monstrous upstairs room normally set to accommodate a family of five but could comfortably cater for another one or two. Our spacious flagship room boasts sea cabin timber-panelled walls complete with real portholes. Tastefully furnished with a table and chairs, double divan, fridge and a stereo system the room also has access to the balcony overlooking the rear courtyard. Point Lonsdale's iconic Lighthouse is framed by the window at the end of the room.

Motel Twin Room 7

Resembling a ship's cabin with its timber-panelled walls this popular twin room is on the ground floor where the Guesthouse meets the Motel. With tasteful decor, a fridge and a brilliant white ensuite the room is centrally situated to all facilities and provides a cosy retreat for two or three.
