The Hunter Valley Bed & Breakfast is located in North Rothbury, 15km north of Cessnock and 5km south of Branxton.
Set on a stunning rural property, ideally situated in the wine region of the Hunter Valley. Our B&B is 4 star rated by the AAA (Automobile Association of Australia), come and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep just 10 minutes from the heart of the Hunter.
With your comfort uppermost in mind, our B&B has been specifically designed so you room has a private entrance as well as a door leading to the ‘common room/breakfast area’. Your room has an ensuite, queen size bed and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Your French doors lead onto the verandah with a gentle country view that is easy on the eye, Set well off the road, traffic noise is minimal ... however, the frogs and birds have been known to be vocal at dusk and dawn. Kangaroos, morning and evening, are often in the front yard as you drive in.
Following your day of touring the valley, relax on the verandah as the sun sets. The prefect opportunity to sample some of the delicious local produce from your day’s activities.

Additional Terms and Conditions

It is the guests responsibility to turn up for the accommodation and any extra package components. Failure to do so means that the booking/s are forfeited and no refund or re-book will be made. 4. Any booked dates altered, or canceled within 10 days prior to arrival date date will incur a booking fee of $50.00 per person. 5. Bookings may not be altered within 3 days prior to arrival date. To do so will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be made.

Bed Balloon & B/fast 2 nights

Package includes 2 nights accommodation, continental breakfast each morning and a hot air balloon flight on the first morning. Stay in our purpose built B&B • NRMA 4 star rated • Queen bed, en suite, TV, R/c air, radio alarm clock, some rooms have a Futon divan for the extra person (not recommended for adilts) • Tea/coffee facilities are available 24 hours • Each room has it's own outside entrance • Lovely views across the valley • Located on a 200 acre property • Kangaroos come into the open yard for their evening feed • 30 seconds away from the early morning meeting place for your balloon flight
