Bring your speed boat, jet ski or trailer-sailer ... There are few restrictions on their use on the Lake which is over 4 times the size of Sydney Harbour.

24 Hour Reception. Access to your accommodation is through a Lock Box with a four digit pin number which we will email to you prior to your arrival, together with a location map. Rates shown are for up to 4 guests except the Resort Homes, Manor & Hideaway which are for up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $22.00 per person per night.

2 BR Resort Terrace

Fully air conditioned, the roomy, 2 storey Terraces are centrally located within the Resort and feature 2 bedrooms, each with QS beds and their own ensuite bathroom. furnishings and TV, DVD & CD players and Foxtel. There is an additional SS bed in the living area. The well equipped kitchens include microwave oven, electric frypan, pots, pans and cutlery. The Terraces also have their own laundry facilities with automatic washing machines, clothes dryers, ironing boards and irons. Rate covers 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 5 with an extra guest charge of $22.00 per night.

2 BR TreeTops Townhouse

With a peaceful Bushland outlook, this fully air conditioned Townhouse has polished hardwood floors throughout the living and dining areas and decks looking over open bushland. ... Wake to the sounds of the bushbirds! Fully air conditioned, the 2 storey Townhouses have polished hardwood floors throughout the living and dining areas and pamper you with quality furniture, modern furnishings and TV, DVD & CD players and Foxtel. The kitchens are fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric frypan, range-hoods and stainless steel pots, pans and cutlery. The Apartments feature two bedrooms with QS beds with each room having its own ensuite bathroom with bath. The Townhouse also has its own laundry facilities with automatic washing machines, clothes dryers, ironing boards and irons. Rate covers 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 with an extra guest charge of $22.00 per person, per night.

2 BR+ Loft Villa

Fully air conditioned, the 2 storey Loft Villas have polished hardwood floors throughout the living and dining areas and pamper you with easy living furniture & furnishings with TV, CD players and Foxtel. The kitchens are fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric frypan, range hoods and stainless steel pots, pans and cutlery. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom, 2 Single beds and the upstairs loft provides another 2 Single beds, accommodating up to 6 guests with ease. There are 2 bathrooms. The Villas also has their own laundry facilities with automatic washing machines, clothes dryers, ironing boards and irons.

3 BR Resort Cottage

The Cottages has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second & 3rd bedroom, each with 2 single size beds, two bathrooms, one on each level and own laundry facilities with automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a screened outdoor drying area. Wide wrap-around verandahs to bring the Aussie Bush to your doorstep while the modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric frypan and stainless steel pots, pans and cutlery, allowing you to dine either outdoor or in.

4 BR Resort Home

The 4 bedroom 2 storey homes are located on the northern boundary of Lake Macquarie's Raffertys Resort and a just a stroll away from the Lake's edge. They offer roomy living areas, beautifully appointed kitchens and wide undercover balconies with either lake or bushland views. Close to all the Resort's amenities, they are designed, specifically for the large or extended family, accommodating up to 8 people in total comfort. Each home also has off street parking with plenty of room for a boat. Quality Family Resort accommodation for up to 8 guests.
