Additional Terms and Conditions
1. Keys must be collected from our office during office hours. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm. If arriving after office hours please contact office for alternative arrangements.
2. Check-in is 2.00pm and Check out is 10.00am. Please leave keys in unit.
3. An initial 10% deposit is to be paid immediately. For low season no refund is given - if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to check-in date; high season if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to check-in.
4. Credit card details will be taken for security purposes.
5. Rent for the full period must be paid before check-in, either in EFT or credit card. All credit card payments will incurred an additional 1.32% charge.
6. The agent as duly authorised by the owner makes all booking in good faith. On very rare occasions your booking may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner of the property. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation.
7. The guests are responsible for all breakages, damage or loss of items, including chipped and cracked crockery, locks and key replacements. Any such damage must be reported and paid for immediately. Inventories for premises are checked upon departure.
8. The premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period shown on the receipt.
9. Under no circumstances, will pets be allowed in holiday properties.
10. Smoking inside units is not permitted. Smoking leaves lingering odours which may upset other guests. Failure to comply will result in an additional $100 cleaning charge.
11. No responsibility will be assumed for guests’ personal belongings that are left behind.
12. The number of occupants including children, must be specified upon booking. This is a safety requirement and overcrowding will result in immediate termination
13. The guests shall park their vehicles in the nominated parking spots allocated.
14. Where applicable Body Corporate Rules and Regulations must be observed.
15. Any printed, written or verbal description of the premises by the agent or its staff is made in good faith but no responsibility can be accepted.
16. A breach of these conditions could result in a cancellation of your accommodation and loss of deposit paid.
By paying the deposit on a holiday booking, the guests consent that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions above. Please note that failure to observe these terms and conditions could result in a termination of the booking or an amended charge.
