The Gardners Inn Hotel is situated in the heart of Blackheath's town centre. Surrounded by some of the world's most breathtaking scenery, the hotel is located within the famous Blue Mountains region.

Our newly renovated accommodation facility has been completed in January 2008 and offers 28 rooms. The room types range from single share, twin share, double, family & a deluxe spa room. Choose from either brand new rooms with ensuites, or if you want to save a little more, we have other brand new rooms with shared facilities

The management team at the Gardners Inn has worked meticulously to bring the hotel into the 21st century whilst maintaining that old world country charm.

The Gardners Inn Hotel is the oldest licensed hotel in the Blue Mountains, and was established in 1831. The grand old building boosts many enticing features and has always been a popular watering hole and rest stop for those travelling across the historic mountains.

The hotel's thoughly modern rooms are comfortable and stylish offering many features which extend the warm, hospitality feel the hotel strives to offer. Electric blankets, central heating, Austar television, coffee & tea facilities are a few of the new features all rooms include.

Snake Creek Cattle Company Restaurant is the number one place to dine in Blackheath. The Snake Creek Cattle Company concept has been created to showcase many of the great products being grown in the Central West and local region. The hotelier hosts share a real passion for the Australian bush and its people and has created the right atmosphere to enjoy a well portioned comfort meal.

From salads to seafood and sausages to steak, the always popular menu offers a range to suit every taste bud. We even have an exceptional regional wine list to compliment it!

Everyone loves the hotel's famous deep dish pie as well as our very own certified Australian Angus beef. Even the kids rave about the yummy and nutritious kid's menu!

Local outdoor adventure attractions include, bush walking, rock climbing, abseiling and canyoning. Horse riding is available close by in the Megalong Valley and mountain bikes are available to hire from the hotel.

Other local attractions include spectacular look outs and scenery such as the popular Govett's Leap, Blackheath. The Blackheath village is home to many local craft shops, boutique gift stores, antique centres, cafes and art galleries.

The Rhododrendren Gardens are breath taking when in full bloom in the spring months and are surely worth a visit.

Neighbouring town, Katoomba is home of the famous Three Sisters rock formation as well as Scenic World, a popular tourist attractions offering a rides perfect to view the Blue Mountains scenery.
All this is only 10 mins by car as is the famous Zig Zag Railway. We are also only 40mins from the Jenolan Caves.
