Dining - We have set up chargeback facilities with a number of Adelaide's great pubs, restaurants and bistros. Allowing guests to dine out and charge the bill back to you hotel account! Great for Corporate Travellers.


Breakfast - Breakfast is available in the cafe adjacent the property. This can also be charged back to your room account.

Sorry but we will not accept bookings that have been made locally (Within SA on weekends) or with the intention of having a party, get together, after formal party etc.


If at all we suspect your booking may violate this we will have your booking cancelled. Or at check-in if we suspect your booking is going to cause other guests some disruption/discomfort, your booking will be refused and no refund issued. This is a strict policy which we will enforce. This is for the comfort of all our valued guests.


For our guests safety we have security patrolling onsite. If you are found to be breaking any of our terms and condtions you will be asked to leave with no refund.
