About this Property

CANADIAN LODGE is a classic Cape Cod style purpose built Bed and Breakfast in the historic Gold Mining city of Ballarat.
We overlook the Canadian Creek wetlands and we have beautiful views of the surrounding park lands. A walking path follows the creek right to the town centre.
Located within walking distance from Sovereign Hill, Ballarat's famous tourist attraction, and only a few minutes drive from the town centre, Canadian Lodge is the ideal place to stay and enjoy the many attractions of the city.
Canadian Lodge offers three individually decorated guest rooms; each with large comfortable beds, television and private en-suites. Each of the guest rooms is an upstairs dormer room.
A large lounge is located on the ground floor. The guest lounge is available for the exclusive use of our guests. Here you can relax with a good book, listen to music or play one of our wide range of board games. The ground floor also has a large deck at the rear and a front veranda.

The dining area is equipped with refrigerator and coffee and tea facilities available 24 hours.
A leisurely breakfast is served in the dining area daily, at a time to suit your plans for the day. Alternatively, on a warm summer morning you may want to have your breakfast out on the back deck and watch the birds feeding there on the bird feeder. Many native birds come and visit every day.

Our aim is to provide a relaxing environment where you can do as much or as little as you like.
We know our city well and would love to share information on how to make your stay more enjoyable.
