Anchor Bell, Merimbula is a family oriented holiday apartment complex, suited to all ages and designed for that relaxed holiday or for the sporting enthusiast with all sports and attractions only a short drive from your apartment.

Our accommodation is clean, comfortable and affordable. Close enough to walk to the beach, shops, clubs and restaurants and yet far enough away to ensure a quiet, relaxed holiday in the sun.

Two and three bedroom ground level apartments are easy to access and have:
Fully self contained kitchen facilities, including microwave
A laundry with automatic washer, dryer, iron and ironing board
Separate bathroom and toilet
Open plan lounge dining area
Undercover parking for car and boat

Two storey townhouses provide two and three bedroom accommodation with all the features listed above plus:

    CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY POLICY Please read these conditions carefully. Each person using our accommodation (the Guest) acknowledges and agrees that these condition apply and extend to any person also referred to as ("Guest") occupying or visiting the Accommodation (Property) and/or using the facilities on the Property at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest. 1. All accounts will be paid either in cash, by bank cheque or credit card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. 2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates and times shown on the receipt. 3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the Property and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest. 4. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest where additional cleaning and/ or laundering is required of the floor coverings, furnishings or surfaces other than due to normal wear and tear. 5. The Property must not be used for any unlawful purpose. 6. Guests must only park all cars in the designated areas. 7. Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the Property overnight. 8. Smoking is not permitted within the apartments or townhouses, additional charges for laundering may be incurred by the guest where smoking has contaminated furnishings. 9. No animals or pets are to be brought onto the Property unless with the agreement of the Manager. 10. The Body Corporate, owner, manager or agent is not liable for any damage or loss of property a guest may incur while on the Property. 11. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The Property must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply with this warning. 12. There is no refund for early departure. 13. The Manager may inspect the Property at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 14. The Manager and the Property owner are not responsible for any mis-description of the Property. 15. In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given. 16. The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. 17. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the Property. The Manager is entitled to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest, and the removal of the Guests property. The Right of Refusal The customer has made no commitment to take up the period reserved or the use of the property by submitting the reservation sheet. The Manager or Agent has the right not to accept the reserved period or the reservation sheet submitted by a customer. All commitments by both parties start after a deposit or tariff has been paid by the customer and accepted by the Manager.
