Additional Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy. Deposits will only be refunded if we are advised 14 days prior to arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given deposits will ONLY be refunded if the entire booking is resold. No other discounts apply. Please note that NO refunds or credits will be issued after arrival should you vacate early.

1 Bedroom Villa

Our 1 bedroom villa includes everything you expect of an upmarket motel. Modern and spacious, cook up a feast in your own kitchen while watching TV. All linen supplied and bed is made. A rollout is available at $10 P/N (linen extra). 2 y.o. child and under stay free.

2 Bedroom Villa

Our 2 bedroom deluxe villas sleep up to 5 and include a Queen bed in the master & 2 single beds or double/single bunk in the 2nd bedroom with all linen supplied and beds made. Relaxing is easy with a TV included in the main bedroom. 2 y.o. & under stay free in existing bedding. Watch the world go by on you private deck. Spacious and modern - enjoy!

Executive Family/Group Villa

Tastefully appointed with gas oven and stove top, large TV, DVD player, stereo and enormous living area. Both bedrooms have a TV for your convenience. With 2 types available there is bound to a villa for you. One can sleep up to 8 with a queen bed in the master, 2 x single bunks in the 2nd bedroom and a double sofa in the living area. The other has a queen bed in the master and a double/single bunk in the 2nd bedroom. As you would expect all linen is supplied and the beds are made. Overnight Van
