The space is Terraces on Wickham, the location directly opposite Brisbane's sublime Roma Street Parklands and within 5 minutes walk from the business and shopping mecca of Brisbane.

The majority of accommodation rooms are spacious and offer private walk-out balconies with stunning views, totally wireless broadband internet in rooms and throughout the hotel(charges apply), Inhouse Movies and Foxtel.

The fully licensed Gazebo Restaurant and Bar offers a contemporary Australian menu peppered with influences from Asia and the Mediterranean. You may choose to indulge in a sumptuous a la carte meal in the restaurant or opt for something lighter off our "Food To Go" menu to have in your room n(available for Dinner only). Open daily for Breakfast and Dinner.

Our Conference and Event Centre is located on the tenth floor of our hotel, offering sweeping views over the city skyline, Brisbane River and Mount Coot-tha mountain ranges.

All guests may enjoy, under cover secure car parking at the cost of $10 per night, subject to car space availability.

Additional Property Information

Children 0 - 15 years (inclusive) are free of charge when sharing with adults & using existing bedding. Maximum of 3 Adults can be accommodated in one room. We provide Food to Go service where guests order their meal and collect from the restaurant - available Mon to Fri from 0600 1000 & 5.30pm to 9pm, and Weekends & PH from 0630 - 1000, and 5.30pm to 9pm The property have advised the following: Paint & refurnish lobby, paint restaurant, paint & refurnish rooms. All work will be carried out during business hours & outside of peak demand periods. Guest will be blocked away from affected room floors. Opening hours are as follows: Breakfast: 6:00am to 10:00am (Mon to Fri) and 6:30am to 10:30 (Sat to Sun) Dinner: 6:00pm to 9:30pm (Mon to Sun) Please note that there are no Special Access Rooms available at the property. 22 June 2007 If yes, please provide a detailed description of work taking place at the hotel Accommodation refurbishment on a floor by floor basis. It is expected each floor will take approximately 4 weeks to complete. Entire refurbishment expected to be completed by December 2007. All beds, bedding, carpets, curtains, furnishings and bathrooms will be completely replaced. Expected date of completion: December 2007. Anticipated disruption to guests: Minimal disruption as work will take place between 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. Steps taken to minimise disruption: Full floor is off limits to guests for the duration of refurbishment. Refurbishment will be conducted on a floor by floor basis, with full floor being off limits whilst being refurbished. Construction/building work will take place between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday. Jackhammering , drilling / hamemring, painting and soft furnishing.

Our Conference and Convention Centre comprises four meeting rooms. Our boardroom can host meetings from two persons or more, with our largest room hosting events for up to 200 persons.
