Beach Villa
The older style 3.5 star Beach Villas are nestled under the Norfolk pines with stunning views over Mill Beach. The villas offer guests a Queen bed in the master bedroom and either 2 sets of double bunks or 1 set of triple bunks in the 2nd bedroom. The villa features one bathroom, self contained kitchen with microwave, fridge, gas stove/oven, TV, ceiling fan, oil heater and verandah with setting. You will need to supply your own linen or we can supply linen and service daily for $30 per day. Rates are for 4. Maximum occupancy is 6.

Forest Villa
The older style 3.4 star Forest Villas are centrally located around a native garden setting. The villas are open plan and spacious offering guests a Queen bed with ensuite in the master bedroom and a double bed with single bed bunk also with ensuite in the 2nd bedroom, and decks with outdoor settings. The living area features a self-contained kitchen, lounge area with double sofa bed, TV & DVD, Austar, telephone, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The Villas are serviced daily and provide tea and coffee making facilities, iron & board, towels, toiletries and hairdryers. Rates are for 4. Maximum occupancy is 6.
