Traralgon is located east of Melbourne and is the largest city in the Latrobe Valley with a growing population of over 27,000. Traralgon located on the main Gippsland rail and road routes, builds its strength through servicing the major industries in the region namely agriculture, timber and electricity production.
Traralgon is also home to a thriving administration, retail and commercial centre. The city’s large commercial centre includes Stockland Traralgon Shopping Centre and South Side Central which incorporates the major railway station.
Traralgon furthermore hosts a range of regional events including country racing, the Australian Junior Tennis Championships where many international and national stars make their debut and the second largest regional Eisteddfod.

Attractions

Traralgon is central and convenient to explore a diverse range of wonderful nearby attractions. Ideally located, its position within the Gippsland region makes it central to the bush, snowfields, lakes and beaches. Key highlights of the area include one of the largest cool temperate rainforests in the southern hemisphere known as Tarra Bulga National Park to the south. One of the most successful old gold mining towns in Victoria, Walhalla to the north.
If entertainment is your leisure pursuit, the performing arts centre attracts audiences from near and far for its professional and amateur theatrical events.
The Traralgon area is also the major producer of Victoria’s electricity and the area is fertile in brown coal deposits. Visitors have the opportunity to learn about the production of electricity whilst in the area, and explore one of the power stations on tour.

    Additional Terms and Conditions

    Deposit: Reservations are made in advance with 50% of the total booking amount required as deposit and the balance secured by credit card. The balance of room rate will be due at check in with any other sundries on vacating. Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the deposit is given (less a $75 cancellation fee per apartment) if cancellation is received in writing not less than 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, deposit is only refunded if room can be re let for the same period. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. In the case of a no-show, guests will be responsible for full payment. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage arising during their stay. Guests hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their credit card. Check In/Out: Check- in from 2pm. Check- out is prior to 10.00 am. Alternative times may be made with prior arrangement. Smoking: Our rooms are non-smoking. Please note that prices and conditions may be subject to change with out notice.
