Construction of a further 64 beach houses, villas and apartmentscommences October 2005 and expected date of completion is December 2006. Oct-Dec 2005 - Civil works (encompassing installation of storm water drainage,sewerage,road access) Jan-Dec 2006 - Construction of Beach houses, villas and apartments will be carried out on the eastern perimeter of the resort grounds but Should not inhibit guests access to accommodation, food or leisure facilities. Heavy Machinery will be on site. Construction will be limited to the hours of 8.30-4.30pm Mon-Fri and 8.30-1.00pm Saturdays. Early 2007-May: Refurbishment of existing accommodation will be carried out in stages (the east wing to be completed 7/9/06-16/2/07 and the west wing completed 22/1/07-18/5/07) so that resort operations may continue unimpeded. Machinery will be on site (under supervision of contractors). Work will be limited to the hours of 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday-Friday. Rooms located next to work-in-progress will be left vacant.
