Lynne is a self-taught chef who enjoys fine food and wines so we offer a sumptuous feast of gourmet eating for the discerning diner. Superb three course breakfasts are included in the tariff and served in the family room or alfresco by the pool.

Bribie Island is the unspoiled "jewel of the sea".
Linked to the mainland by bridge and only 45 mins from Brisbane this sub tropical holiday paradise offers total relaxation.

A harmoney of nature, wildlife and bird life, Forestry and National Parks cover 80% of the island in which Kangaroo's, Emus, Dingo's make there home.

There are endless kilometres of white sandy beaches for swimming, clear waters for boating and fishing...plus numerous activities such as golfing, bush walking, cycling, tennis and bowls.

Sit on the foreshore of the famous Pumistone Passage sipping on champagne and watch the sun set over the beautiful Glasshouse Mountains.

Pumistone Passage is a beautiful passage of water that separates Bribie Island from the mainland and is a protected "National Marine Park".
Wiith natural bush growing to the edge it is home for more thn 350 species of bird life. These living waterways are also home to a variety of marine life such as Dugong, Dolphins and Loggarhead Turtles, all of which cause great excitement when they are sighted. Cruises along the passage are available and we are more thn happy to book these for you.

The passage is also a popular spot for amateur fishing either from the beach, local jetty or from a boat, boat hire is readily available for the keen fisherman.
For golfing enthusiasts there are two world class golf courses where you can improve your handicap. Special golfing Stay n Play packages are available at Avon Lodge.

For those guests who wish to visit some of Queensland's famous tourist spots, such as Australian Zoo, Etamoga Pub, The Big Pinapple, The Ginger Factory, Montville and Maleny village's and winery's these are all within an hour and a half's drive, and make a comfortable day trip.
