The resort offers 35 fully self-contained absolute beachfront apartments with resort faclities to ensure your holiday is the most relaxing and memorable yet. Laze by the pool, enjoy a stroll on the 14 kilometres of pristine beach at your doorstep or take in the breathtaking views of the stunning ocean.

San Marino by the Sea is conveniently located just a short distance from the Sunshine Coast Airport and centrally positioned between the hustle of Noosa and the bustle of Mooloolaba.

The resort facilities feature a full size tennis court alongside our outdoor entertainment area with its BBQ and a tropical salt water heated pool. If you wish to tackle the surf, it is located at the front of the resort on the patrolled beach (September-May).

San Marino by the Sea is centrally located to all the Sunshine Coast's major tourist attractions including the award winning Underwater World at Mooloolaba, and Steve Irwin's world famous Australia Zoo is only a short drive away. There are shops close by and the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre with all the major stores is also only minutes away. An ideal place for that love to shop, dine or simply view the passing parade over a coffee.

For the golf lovers, San Marino is only a three iron from the magnificent golf course at the Hyatt Regency Coolum and the Twin Waters Resort. The Sunshine Coast hinterland with the wonderful villages of Montville and Maleny is a delightful 40 minute scenic drive away.
