A bit about us...
Wirreanda is our property
situated at Oyster Cove Tasmania, just 25 minutes from central Hobart.The property is of some six acres and is on the
D’Entrecasteaux Channel opposite Bruny Island, between the townships of Snug and Kettering, the "Gateway to Bruny".
We are centrally located within easy access to the Huon Valley, Hastings Caves and Tahune Air Walk. Southern Tasmania’s other premiere tourist attraction such as Port Arthur, Mt Field National Park and Lake Pedder,
are just a day’s touring from the complex.
We have three units with spas and everything one would expect from a AAA four star property. As self contained units, cooking facilities are available in all units and breakfast is included in the tariff.
The establishment is licensed, giving our clients the ability to buy alcohol from the mini-bar and the office. The fourth unit is for our disabled clients and has all the same facilities except for the spa.
The grounds of Wirreanda Estate are spacious and well developed, with natural bush and large lawn areas. Both native and specimen trees are dotted around, giving delightful areas to walk and explore. Dining on the out-door settings, which are placed around the property, is a must.
An abundance of nocturnal native animals, also make Wirreanda their home and can be viewed from the units. The ambience of the area is relaxing, with great walks to Oyster Cove (just two kilometres from the complex) and for the more energetic,Kettering is just six kilometres away.
Other services offered are, tourist information, Bar-B-Q facilities and seating in the extensive and tranquil gardens and surrounds.

Attractions

We are close to all amenties including Hotels, Resturants and cafes. Just 5 minutes down the road. We are the "Gateway to Bruny Island" just 5 minutes from the ferry.We have Fishing just down the road, golfing at 2 great local courses and easy driving to local tourism destinations. All of the Huon Valley and Bruny Island are easily accessed from our property. Longer day trips to Port Arthur, and of course Mt Field National Park are easy.

We have all business facilities available for the business Person including Fax, Internet, phone, etc. We are just 25 minutes from Hobart CBD. Tranquil,convient and relaxing for the business traveller. We will have conference facilities and display areas finished latter this year.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the booking and a 15% surcharge will apply. Latter cancellations will attract a 50% surcharge up to 1 day before and a nil refund will apply to No shows and cancellations on the Day.

The Queen spa Units have self contained cooking facilities including a personal Bar-B-Q on the verandah. Each unit has a DVD player and DVD's are available from the office. The rooms are serviced daily and all linen is supplied and changed regulary.

Twin Room Unit 4

Twin beds in this unit with self contained cooking facilities. A large bath room is suitable for wheelchair access in shower & toilet. Also suitable for a elderly as well as disabled guest.It has no stairs and wheel chair access. This unit also includes a personal Bar-B-Q on the verandah. Each unit has a DVD player and DVD's are available from the office. The rooms are serviced daily and all linen is supplied and changed regulary.
