Huon Franklin Cottage Bed & Breakfast is a stones throw away from The Huon River in Franklin & has disabled fasilities come and enjoy.

Huon Franklin Cottage has 2 queen sized rooms to offer "The Parlour & Kath's Room " both with ensuites TV, VCR"S A/Con's

Take time out in a 1920 Federation Home, which has been restored to its former beauty. each room offers modern conveniences without loosing the old-world charm.

On arrival enjoy our complementry afternoon tea with English Regency, Duchess and Victoria Royale Bone China.

We are licensed and have a small array of wines and spirits.

We serve evening meals in our large dinning room & from our menu a cooked breakfasts can also be arranged.

Settle into one of our Two Rooms, "The Parlour" has a theme of Teddy Bears & "Kath's Room" the romanatic or theatrical theme, which are large with queen beds and ensuites,TV's, Vcr's, electric blankets, hairdryers, individual air-conditioning.

Kath's Room

Kath's Room has a queen size bed & ensuite in the room. This room is disable friendly. A room for the romantics or honeymoon suite, champaine & chocolates too add that final touch for your sweetheart. Your room looks over the Huon River,sit on the balcony and enjoy the rowers and sail boats drift by. "Kath's Room" is decorated in Burgundy.

The Parlour

The Parlour has a Queen size bed & ensuite, decorated in heritage green with a theme of Teddy Bears, This room looks over The Huon River & Sleeping Beauty.TV,VCR,hair dryer,you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the rowers and sail boats drift by. Each room gives a history of its original owners. Our Bed & Breakfast is not suitable for children
