Detailed description of work taking place at the hotel: During January – Removal of hotel external façade involving removing steel and concrete structure surrounding hotel. Work will be completed by January 26. Possible noise disruption on 19 Jan 07 (from 9.00 am till 2.00pm) due to construction. Blocking of hotel side entrance from 9.00am till 5.00pm from the 15th till the 19th of January. During January the hotel is upgrading air conditioning in the conference rooms and some public areas involving minor disruption to guests. During February, March – The hotel exterior is being re-painted. This will cause very little if any disruption to guests.
