Parking for our Executive Rooms is in front of the building within the motel complex. This has it's own driveway as well - there is no cost.
There is ample room behind the motel building for large and very large vehicles. There is no cost for this.

Motel Ingham is centrally located in the heart of Ingham which is 110 kms north of Townsville.
In the street directory, we are on the corner of Townsville Road and Cooper Street opposite the Hinchinbrook Tourist Information Centre (constuction due for completion in May 2006)
As you come into Ingham from Townsville on the Bruce Highway, Motel Ingham is on the right hand side (if you pass the BP Service Station - you have passed us!).

Motel Ingham, built in 1960, is a complex of four building.
In 1993 the new section of the motel was constructed. The rooms were lovingly designed to give guests more space . Included in each room is a large spa and all the modern facilities that you would expect.
Attractions
Motel Ingham is centrally located for you to consider our Motel as the 'base camp' for your adventures in the Hinchinbrook Shire.
Across the road from the Motel is the Tyto Wetlands - this is an extrodinary habitat that has many attractions - over 180 bird species (this is an ornithological paradise), crocodiles, wallabies, and many other native animals. This has a well maintained walking track which also suitable for wheelchairs.
Hinchinbrook Shire is the middle of World Heritage Rainforests - including the famous Hinchinbrook Island on the doorstep of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.

Ingham is also the centre of the sugarcane production for Australia. The Victoria Mill is the largest mill in the country and is majestic to see.
