Local points of interest!
Bridge Road, Richmond

Camberwell Market
This market is open every Sunday in the car park next to Target and Safeway from 7am (although bargain hunters will arrive at 6am!). Very much a classical flea market, the range of goods on sale is only beaten by the range of people who can be found bargain hunting. You definitely want to be here before 10am.
Chapel Street
Located in South Yarra, this street houses some of the best designer wear in the country. The clientele is very much the whos who in Melbourne. Walk up to Riversdale Road and catch the #70 tram to Church Street and change for the Chapel Street tram or take a 10min cab drive.
Colonial Tramcar Restaurant
This unique experience combines great dining, tramcar travel and the sights of Melbourne. The tramcar offers lunch, early and late dinner tours. Please contact reception if you would like to make a booking.
Crown Casino
The Crown Casino complex is located on the Yarra River in the heart of Melbourne and is open 24 hours a day. Not only for those who enjoy a flutter, there are a vast array of restaurants, shops, nightclubs and cinemas. If you visit, make a point of looking at the sound and light show that occurs in the hotel foyer unlike anything you may have seen before.
Glenferrie Road
Glenferrie Road strip shopping centre provides a diverse range of shops, services and eateries. Turn right outside the hotel and left into Glenferrie Road.
Hawthorn craft market
This market is held at the town hall every 3rd Sunday and features many local artists and handicraft manufacturers.
Live Theatre

Queen Victoria Markets
Located at the top end of Elizabeth Street in Melbourne, the best days to visit are Tuesdays and Sundays. Items available range from fruit and vegetables through to homewares, clothing and tourist items. One of the major tourist attractions in Melbourne, market goers will not be disappointed.
