We do not accept $100 cash or EFTPOS bond. Early Check-In (Before 2pm) & Late Check-Out (After 10am) will incur a $50 fee. Please be advised that 48 hours notice of cancellation is required before date of arrival. Late cancellation will be subject to a charge equivelent to a one night stay.

Rooms

2 Nights Superior River

Room consists of Queen Sized bed, Double sofa bed. All rooms offer a walk-out balcony with views overlooking the stunning Swan River & beautiful Perth city. Rates are based on Twin/Double Share. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

Executive Room

Room located on a high floor. Your very own private balcony with a spectacular views of the city and river. Free in-house movies, Foxtel, parking and tea/coffee making facilities. Room contains a Queen Size bed and sofa bed (please specify if sofa bed is required). Rate is based on two adults. Additional adult can be accommodated at $40 per night.

Hillview Room

Room contains a Queen size bed. Free in-house movies, foxtel, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and free parking with views of the Darling ranges.

Standard Riverview Room

All rooms located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the hotel and are popular among school and sporting groups and budget conscious travelers. Three types Standard room are available. 1st and 2nd floor (3x single beds) 3rd floor (Queen and single bed) 4th floor (2 Queen beds). Subject to availability. All rooms have private balcony providing glimpses of the Swan River and Perth city. Room rate based on 2 people per room, additional adult incur $40 charge.

Superior Riverview Room

Comfortable rooms located on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of the hotel. All contain: Queen and Sofa. Please advise if sofa bed required. All rooms have a private balcony with fantastic views of the Swan River and City. Room rate based on 2 people per room, additional adult incur $40 charge
