Sevan Apartments is a modern, luxurious self contained resort that is only 2 years old. Our complex consists of:
- 18 x 2 bedroom apartments
- 15 x 3 bedroom apartments
- 1 x 528sq/m stunning Penthouse

Our apartments are categorised into three:
- Beach view apartments where you can see the ocean waves rolling up onto the sands of Forster’s Main Beach.
- Ocean view apartments where you can see the beauty of the Pacific Ocean.
- Low floor apartments that are lower in price but high in quality, upholding the 4+ star luxuries of the resort.

In addition to our majestic ocean and beach scenery, approximately half of our apartments also have picturesque views of Wallis Lake and / or Bennett’s Head.
