The twin towns of Forster and Tuncurry are situated on the mid north coast of NSW approximately 300km north of Sydney. The towns are separated by a waterway famous for its easy fishing and kids will love the abundance of activities designed especially for them. Nine Mile Beach at Tuncurry is great for surfers and Tuncurry Rock Pool is perfect for children. Forster is one of the most beloved holiday spots in New South Wales. Booking Cancellations: You may cancel your booking by giving the Bella Villa at least 28 days notice prior to your arrival date and your deposit (one night’s accommodation) will be refunded to you minus 20% administration costs. Deposits for Bookings cancelled with less than 28 days notice will not be refunded If the Bella Villa has not been given notice of cancellation and you do not arrive then the total cost of your accommodation will be deducted from your credit card. Any cancellations after arrival (either wholly or partially) will have all money retained subject to re-letting the room at the original tariff. Re-letting is at the owner’s discretion and any shortfall from the original tariff plus any additional cleaning fees will be due and payable. The provision of the deposit and cancellation policies form part of the terms and conditions of your stay at the Bella Villa
