The Best Western Sea Breeze Resort is a world unique owner operated resort next to the H. E. Holt Naval Base in Exmouth, gateway to the Ningaloo Reef.
With only 5km north of Exmouth it is the closest resort to Ningaloo Marine Park.

The resort offers great facilities and a personal atmosphere:
A large pool area with heated spa and BBQ, free wireless Internet and Foxtel-Sat-TV in all studios – perfect getaway for the exploring tourist or the corporate traveler. All studios are self contained and have a kitchenette with cook top, microwave and large 260L refrigerator. Free airport transfers are available, but need to be booked in advance.

A new, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, surrounded by a tropical palm garden, is available to all guests free of charge.

Whale shark and dive trips as well as all other activities on the North West Cape can be booked through reception. Diving activities can be organized with a range of scuba diving and snorkeling sites at Ningaloo Reef or surrounding islands.

Car rental is available at reception. With a range of cars you can explore the region at your own leisure.
