Additional Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy Cancellation is subject to 28 days notice to receive a refund less $30 booking fee. If you cancel within 28 days of arrival you will lose your total deposit. If you cancel within 1 week of arrival or decide not to stay on arrival 100% of total cost of accommodation is forfeited. However, for the Dec – Jan school holidays 60 days notice of cancellation is required to receive full refund less $30 booking fee or if less than 60 days notice 100% of total cost of accommodation will be forfeited unless we can fill you unit. Dec/Jan school holidays must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. Balance must be paid on arrival or if you arrive out of hours, please pay account when office opens at 9am. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. We do not accept diners or American Express cards. Office hours are from 9am to 5pm approx (Mon-Fri), and 9am to 1pm (Sat/Sun) approx. Please advise if anticipating a late arrival to ensure access to your apartment, or an early arrival, and we will endeavour to have your apartment cleaned first.

Rooms

1 Bedroom long Stay Special

Most 1 brm units have a queen and a single bed in close off bedroom with option of a fold-out bed for the loungeroom. Rates are for 2 people. Maximum occupancy of a 1 brm is 4 people. Cots and highchairs are available upon request. Some have filtered ocean views.

1 Bedroom Short Stay

Most 1 brm units have a queen and single bed in the close off brm with the option of a fold-out bed for the lounge room. There will be occasions when you will have to change apts mid-stay. This is the reason for the special price. Rates are for 2 people.

1 Bedroom Standard Apt

Absolute Beach front. All units are very spacious and have full kitchen facilities with all cooking utensils provided. Linen & towels, cooking utensils and crockery are provided. Bedding includes a queen bed & single bed in most apartments, some have queen only. Fold up beds & cots available upon request.

2 bedroom Long Stay Special

Absolute Beachfront. FSC, a/con 2 brm apartment. Some have corner spa & dishwasher. All have balconies with outdoor dining with views of the pool, ocean or tropical gardens. Most have queen bed & single bed in the main brm & 2 single beds or double & single in the 2nd bedroom. Fold up beds & cots, h/chairs available upon request. Linen provided.

2 Bedroom Short Stays

Most 2 brm units have a queen and 2 single beds in the 2nd brm with option of fold up in lounge room. Some have cnr spa & dishwash. You may be required to move rooms mid-stay. Hence the special price. Rates are for 4 people (max occupancy is 6)

2 Bedroom Standard

Absolute Beachfront. FSC, a/con 2 brm apartment. Some have corner spa & dishwasher. All have balconies with outdoor dining with views of the pool, ocean or tropical gardens.Most have queen bed & single bed in the main brm & 2 single beds or double & single in the 2nd bedroom.
