The living area is open and bright with brand new furniture, large screen TV& DVD, CD system and furnishings. This opens onto the private balcony with VIEWS to the ocean or the city and hills.The second bedroom is also spacious and comfortable, with built in robes and has views. It is next to the main bathroom .All rooms are non-smoking except for the balcony area. Secure,underbuilding car parking with remote control access is available for each apartment.
