Up to two children 0-15 years of age can stay free of charge in a room occupied by the parents, subject to the family being able to use existing bedding. The Visual impact of these works will be minimal as we will be utilising a special piece of equipment to reach the upper levels. There will be no scaffolding attached to the building at any time. We expect there will be no expected effect on hotel guests. Guests will not be placed in rooms on levels where work is being carried out – and / or where view will be affected.
