The Pacific International Hotel has earned an excellent reputation for the very high standard of our award winning Restaurants.



In an effort to keep abreast of new trends, experiences and changing customer needs we are now planning to undertake a programme of enhancements and improvements.



From early February the Pacific International Hotel will commence a significant and exciting programme of changes to incorporate a new restaurant-BUSHFIRE FLAME GRILL- and a new lobby bar-SUGARCANE RHUMBAR.



BUSHFIRE FLAME GRILL is planned to open in early June. BUSHFIRE will open for breakfast and dinner will showcase Australia’s finest export quality beef with a Brazilian inspired Churrasco grill-a first for Cairns.



We have taken a very careful and sympathetic approach to the programme of enhancements and improvements.



MONSOONS RESTAURANT

Closes after dinner on Saturday 2nd February 2008

Any contracted/special menus will be honoured by relocating and upgrading guests to the fine dining Waterfront Restaurant.



CAFÉ PACIFICO

Closes after lunch on Saturday 1st March 2008

We are quietly confident that the Café will reopen with a new national brand name.



WATERFRONT RESTAURANT

Closes after dinner on Monday 31st March 2008.



BREAKFAST AND DINNER FROM APRIL 01

Guests will continue to enjoy our extensive buffet breakfast and dinner service.



The property don’t believe there will be any inconvenience to guests as there is no structural work. Any noise will be kept to a minimum. The programme of enhancements and improvements will be confined to weekdays only between 9.30am and 5.00pm.
