To cover incidental charges, at check-in, you will be asked to present either: - a credit card for pre-authorisation, or - photo identification and a cash deposit of $100. PLEASE NOTE REFURBISHMENT INFO APPLICABLE AS AT 27 SEP 07: Please note that a complete refurbishment of all rooms and public areas will be undertaken during the next 12 months. Refurbishment of rooms to include new beds, bedding, mini bars, carpets, drapes, & flat screen televisions. Public areas to include reception, restaurant, bars & conference rooms. Date of commencement: 21st October 2007 Expected Date of Completion: end of May 2008 Anticipated disruption to guests: Minimal Steps taken to minimise disruption: Property consists of 4 accommodation towers - two of which are stand alone. The two stand alone properties will be totally closed off from guest access and view. The main towers will be done on a floor by floor basis, with guest access denied. As there are no structural changes to the existing rooms noise levels will be at a minimum. Days and Hours of Work: Works will commence at 07.00am and finish at 5.00pm Monday to Friday. All noisey works are limited to between 10.00am to 4.00pm All lifts will be affected progressively as they will also be refurbished however one lift per block will be available during day works Work will be isolated from guests by full height barricades and appropriate signage will allow safe passage for guests at all times
