Basic secretarial services are available from reception including photocopying, printing and faxing. A computer is available for guest use in the resort gift shop located off the main reception area.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Resort upgrades: Due to high demand from our guests, we are building a new Day Spa facility. Works commenced 28th October 2007 with completion due in July 2008. In the meantime, guests can still enjoy the services provided by our existing Day Spa. In order to minimise guest disruption, site access will be through a new entrance on Millington Road (at the rear of the property) and the work site fenced off from the resort. A “no noise” policy will be in place between the hours of 16:30 and 08:00. As part of this project, 3 bungalows adjacent to the new spa location will be renovated to add to the Spa Superior Bungalow inventory. Kimberley Kids Club: As of Friday 26 October 2007 Kimberley Kids Club will cease to operate and the resort will no longer be offering this service. However, we will continue to support the family market by providing the following services and facilities to families; Babysitting service, Family friendly accommodation – Bungalows, Designated family swimming pool, Large playground adjacent to family swimming pool, Children’s menus (on request), Designated children’s activities as part of the daily activities schedule and during school holiday periods Kids “Stay & eat for free” offer (conditions apply) during the summer season.
