Pioneer Settlement
Swan Hill is a prosperous vibrant town named after the swans in the area. Its most remarkable feature is the Pioneer Settlement, a living history of river land pioneers covering seven acres. The settlement buzzes with sounds of baking, printing, blacksmithing, chaff cutting and damper making. As one of Australia's leading Heritage parks this township has authentic buildings, artefacts and agricultural equipment depicting the period 1830-1930.
