NEW DEVELOPMENT at SKYCITY Darwin

As part of our ongoing initiative to improve the services and facilities of SKYCITY Darwin, we are excited to announce that our Stage One developments will commence on 1 November 2007. The enhancements taking place are as follows:

New Restaurant, Bar and Gaming outlets - Work to commence 1/11/07 and due for completion 30/12/08

A new Italian restaurant, a Destination bar and gaming outlets will be developed by our Casino building. Noise is anticipated, however as the new building is not close to the Hotel, we expect noise will be minimal. Access to our facilities, will not be disrupted throughout this time including the swimming pool.

Hotel Guest Rooms - Work to commence 2/1/08 and due for completion 21/05/08

In conjunction with the developments we will be building an additional 3 guest rooms in our Hotel, these rooms will be converted from our current Hotel boardroom. Disruptions are expected while the renovations are taking place, but we will do our utmost to ensure that all of your clients and our guests are not in the immediate facility while the renovations are taking place and the noise level is limited.

For Hotel guest room renovations, work will be taking place Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

The SKYCITY Darwin is located right next door to the Mindil Beach Sunset Market (Dry season only - May to October) Adjacent to the property are tennis courts, a golf course and the Botanic Gardens. Cullen Bay Marina is a short walk.

SKYCITY Darwin's newly refurbished Deluxe room with 1 King bed, Guest Rooms feature private balconies with garden views, contemporary furnishings, luxurious linens, complimentary broadband access and pillow menu.

Standard Deluxe Ocean View

Ocean view Deluxe has 1 x King bed. All rooms have a private balcony with a view of Mindil Beach.

Standard Deluxe Twin

Deluxe Twin has 1 Queen & 1 King Single bed in the one room. All rooms have private balconies. Interconnecting rooms are available on request, rate is for upto 2adults, 3rd adult charge applies @ $55 per person

Superior Spa room

The beautiful Superior rooms have a king or queen bed, spa bath with separate shower. All Superior rooms are located on the ground floor with a patio that has views over our tropical gardens.
