Our Property is Heritage Listed and has been lovingly renovated and restored to show off all of the 19th Century Craftsmanship that Battery Point has become world renowned for. We offer One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Fully Self Contained Luxury Apartments that have recently been completely refitted and appointed with every modern convenience that one would expect from a High End Property.

During the full internal refit of the building, all of the furniture, appliances, fixtures, fittings, Bedding, Linen and Curtains etc. have been replaced with new. We worked very closely with the Heritage Listing Authorities to maintain the buildings true 19th century Heritage style, feel and character.

All of our Apartments are Very Large, the Two-Bedroom Apartments having Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath Room, Laundry and Private Queenslander Style Veranda up Stairs with an Enormous Lounge Room and Dining Room down Stairs.

Room heating is installed throughout, with the Two-Bedroom Apartments featuring under floor heating installed in the Bedrooms, Hallway and Kitchen. The bathroom has a large Spa Bath, separate shower cubicle, ceiling mounted heat lamp/fan & hair dryer. Each apartment is equipped with an internal private laundry facility with washing machine, clothes dryer, soaking tub, iron & ironing board etc.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation: - 1. A Deposit of the first night’s accommodation (non-refundable) is required to secure this booking. Payment of the deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full upon arrival. 3. Cancellation by the guest: - All Money paid is non refundable. 4. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked however; the owners reserve the right to alter and or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances without giving any reason for alteration and or cancellation. 5. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Fees of $30.00 / Person / Night will apply for additional guests. 6. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited; use contrary to this will result in additional payments of greater than $100.00. 7. Damage & Breakages of any Items belonging to the Owner of the Apartment are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay and Must be Paid for or Replaced with a Similar Quality replacement by the Guest at the expense of the Guest. 8. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition upon arrival. 9. Check-Out time is 11 am to allow time to prepare the property for the next guest. Check-In time is 3 pm however; guests are welcome to drop their luggage off and return later in the day to collect. 10. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise etc., is prohibited and may result in termination of rental without refund. 11. All Linen is supplied by Bath Street Apartments. 12. Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner. 13. Loss of the Guests Property: - The owners have installed a (Copy Proof) Security Key System, Dead Bolts on Doors and Window locks for the guest’s protection however; the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
